	Your lifestyle has an impact on the quality of the air you breathe. To help maintain a consistently good level of air quality, FLAIR offers a complete line of unique wall controls adapted to your needs.


	THE SENSOR
	For ultimate control.

While your installer will provide a unit capable of handling the pollutants produced during a normal day, not all days are 'normal'. Parties, smokers, starting a fire, using the Jacuzzi, cooking up a feast, the Sensor will automatically pick up on increased levels of carbon monoxide, cigarette smoke and other pollutants generated by special events, triggering the high speed air exchange mode required to maintain air quality. What you get is a fully automated control.


The Sensor gives you a choice of three automatic operation modes:

Continuous exchange.

A low-speed setting, it provides a continuous How of fresh air when the house is occupied, generating a constant exchange of air with the outside...until it detects excess pollutants, in which case it automatically shifts to high speed air exchange to maintain excellent air quality!

	Intermittent exchange.

Ideal when no one s at home for a period of time, this 'away" mode will trigger a low speed exchange of air with the outside 20 minutes of every hour, or whenever it detects excess pollutants. Otherwise, it's OFF. It's an economical way of maintaining the freshness level of your home, in your absence.

		Circulation mode.


	At this setting, the unit will continuously recirculate inside air, exchanging with the outside at high speed whenever excess pollutants are detected. It ensures balanced heat and humidity levels throughout the house, especially when operating a complementary heating system. During the summer, it also circulates cold basement air throughout the house, preventing mildew.


	Air Purifier/Ioniser


	The Sensor also comes with an exclusive Air Purifier/loniser. Indispensable whenever allergies and respiratory problems exist, it effectively removes a variety of irritants and odours from the air.


	Maintenance light.

		Finally, to help keep the system in peak operating condition, a maintenance light alerts you to the need to clean the filters and hoods.

THE AUTO
For superior control.


	Offering all the unique operating modes and features of the Sensor, this control unit relies on a dehumidistat to detect changes in indoor air quality. It will automatically shift to high speed whenever humidity exceeds the preset level. This unit is also available in the Standard model, without the circulation mode and ioniser.


	THE ECONO
	For basic control.

		Like the Auto and Standard models, this control unit uses a dehumidistat. Furthermore, it offers the basic mode of operation, i.e., continuous low or high-speed air exchange and an OFF position.
